Little Brook Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions A. Referral Discount Program Effective Date: June 1, 2025 1. Eligibility: This program is open to any past client who has successfully completed at least one project with Little Brook Studios. 2. The Offer: The referring client receives up to $500 off their next project. The new client they referred receives up to $500 off their first project. 3. How It Works: To qualify, the newly referred client must successfully complete a project with us. The discount is determined by Little Brook Studios based on the scope of both the referrer's and the new client's projects. 4. Rules and Limitations: This discount cannot be combined with other offers or applied to past projects. The discount must be redeemed within 12 months of the referral confirmation. The discount is only valid for projects valued at $1,000 or more. Self-referrals are not permitted, and any attempt to manipulate the program will result in removal. B. Subscriber Discount Program Effective Date: June 9, 2025 1. Eligibility: This offer is for individuals who subscribe to both our YouTube channel and our email mailing list. The offer is valid for new subscribers as of the effective date. 2. The Offer: Subscribers receive up to $100 off our video production services. The final discount amount is determined by Little Brook Studios based on the project scope. 3. How It Works: You must provide proof of your active subscriptions (e.g., a screenshot or email confirmation) when booking your project. 4. Rules and Limitations: This discount can only be redeemed once per client. The discount cannot be combined with other offers or applied to past projects. The discount is only valid for projects valued at $1,000 or more. Any attempt to manipulate the program by using multiple accounts will result in removal. C. General Terms for All Rewards 1. Modification & Termination: Little Brook Studios reserves the right to modify or discontinue these programs at any time. 2. Privacy: Participant information is used solely for communication and administering the rewards program. 3. Governing Law: This program is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
